Industry leader Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology has reaffirmed its partnership with recruitment marketing specialist Employment Office, signing a new two year contract.

The deal will see Employment Office running five separate recruitment campaigns a month for the pathology group.

Employment Office managing director, Tudor Marsden-Huggins, says previous recruitment drives for Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology have generated a surge of interest among job seekers.

“A recent campaign for Pathology Specimen Collectors across Brisbane attracted 1099 candidates, while a customer assistant position received 216 applications,” he said.

The popularity of the campaigns stems from training opportunities, excellent working conditions, generous leave provisions and an array of further benefits.

The positions also offer job seekers an alternative career path to typical customer service roles, as previous experience in the lab is not required.

Employment Office has remained the recruiter of choice for the pathology group because of their innovative approach to finding and hiring the right staff.

In particular, Employment Office has developed a unique candidate management system that offers a welcome alternative to trawling through resumes.

“The candidate management system allows the Sullivan Nicolaides human resources team to track their candidates throughout the application process,” Mr Marsden-Huggins said.

“This ultimately streamlines the recruiting process and makes their job far less time consuming”.

Following the renewed partnership, Employment Office will add another layer to their already successful candidate attraction strategy by designing a new range of advertising templates to ensure every vacant position advertised stands out.

Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology joins a number of Australian companies across a variety of industries that have also chosen Employment Office’s services.

Travel giant Flight Centre, which bought 50 per cent of Employment Office last year, has implemented the candidate management system for all its recruitment needs worldwide.

Other key clients include Alex Fraser, Leigh Mardon, The Gainsdale Group and Comdain among other industry leaders.

Employment Office employs 42 staff globally, with offices in Australia, UK and Canada.
