Employment Office has custom-built comprehensive Candidate Management System (CMS) software which is now delivered to some of the world’s largest organisations on a global scale.

The CMS dramatically enhances your management of candidate applications.

At its most basic level, your login for nominated stakeholders will enable them to access features including:

  • View current recruitment campaigns;
  • View statistics (number of applications etc);
  • View applications;
  • View candidates (for current jobs and archived jobs);
  • View archived jobs;
  • Rate candidate applications (e.g. low to high) to achieve percentage score per candidate.

Our system also has enhanced features and capabilities, such as auto-rating, auto-filtering, the ability for candidates to book themselves into interview timeslots nominated by recruiters, and comprehensive reporting.
