"Lifeline Community Care Queensland undertook a bulk recruitment exercise for 20 plus candidates throughout Queensland in which we had over 650 applications. While this seemed overwhelming at times, the culling and selection process was actually very smooth. The website functionality coupled with the targeted questions resulted in a easily managed and consistent process. The opportunity to assign scoring and/or outcomes allowed for filtering for the best candidates."
