"It is my pleasure to give Employment Office my very best recommendation.
With the management and assistance of Lynette Lee, Employment Office undertook an advertising campaign for the IPA’s, designed to attract highly qualified PhD research candidates for a newly established Research Program to be run out of the University of Queensland. The advertising campaign ran for a month (online only to minimise cost) and was run in such a way as to attract and maintain the interest of candidates from Australia and Overseas. A number of the candidates expressed their interest in the novel and appealing way that the ads were represented.
All applications were redirected to me via email and the selection process was simplified in such a way that it made easy the assessment and comparison of these respective applicants (apples with apples). The efficient and informative way the campaign was run enabled us to find and hold the suitable candidates, something that had been very difficult to achieve prior to running this campaign. Back up files were maintained in the event of lost information and assistance was always on hand. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Lynette and her team. At the end of the campaign, all unsuccessful applicants were notified by Employment Office, simplifying the process to the very end.
I consider Employment Office to be a very effective in helping companies to find the right people for the job. They helped us to do just that with expediency and efficiency and as such I would not hesitate to recommend their services."
