Candidates will apply for your job vacancy by visiting a website tailored to the opportunity, where they can read detailed information about the role, which not only informs them about the qualifications required, but also attracts their interest with appealing descriptions about the job’s range of benefits. From there, they fill out an online questionnaire which contains specially-tailored first-round interview questions – a fail-safe method that ensures you receive quality applications.

These applications will then get sent straight to your chosen email address, or alternatively you can purchase a CMS subscription to log on to our candidate management system to view and rate applications online.

For candidates we provide a richer applicant experience with your employment branding, and if a candidate has a query, they can access immediate assistance via Employment Office’s online chat facility, or by phoning us directly, saving you time in dealing with jobseekers.
