Challenge

  • Arrow Energy was a rapidly expanding company with a small Human Resources team. The company needed additional support, but did not want to lose control of their candidates.
  • During the industry boom, there were significant skills shortages in the oil and gas industry. Highly experienced candidates were hard to find for key senior positions, and the company was often faced with the challenging task of efficiently filling multiple positions once a new project was formed.
  • As an industry-leader, Arrow Energy wanted to maintain brand consistency throughout their recruitment campaigns by establishing a uniform design across all online and print advertising.
